Team

Dr. J.R. Hall
J.R. Hall, Director of ADRMediator, Inc., has 30+ years as a mediator and has mediated over 4,000 cases, including Labor, Civil, Family, and Appellant mediations. Mr. Hall was the lead mediator for the Space Shuttle Disaster of 2003 and the Confederate Flag issue in South Carolina in 1999. A graduate of Purdue University with Honors in the study of Law with additional studies at Harvard. Dr. Hall worked with U.S. Postal Service to develop in-house mediation programs to help resolve employment issues. Mr. Hall has mediated cases for the U.S. Department of Justice, Homeland Security, and the Security Exchange Commission. Mr. Hall has mediated hundreds of family/divorce mediations and is an empathetic mediator who understands the emotions that can affect a divorce mediation. Dr. Hall has trained over 8,000 students in his career. Mr. Hall taught conflict resolution at the University of Massachusetts in Lowell and Lone Star University in Texas. Dr. Hall is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil, Family, and Appellant Mediator.
